All the products in question are made entirely by hand without machinery and for this reason we inform our customers that the estimated production times vary around 7 / 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays). Once your item is produced, we will ship it with the fastest courier depending on the country and location selected.

We would like to point out that the shipping times listed above concern the production of the products offered in the collection on the site.

Each product customized through consultancy, which therefore requires the production with particular procedures (embroidery or hand-made paintings), tanning treatments, the ordering through third-party companies of some accessories or leathers specifically requested by the customer or other, could require much longer manufacturing times that vary from 7 to 30 working days.

We will still be available to update you in real time, if requested, on the production and shipping times of your customized products.

For multiple orders that have been purchased with a promotional code, it will not be possible to ship the products separately, but will be sent to the customer in a single shipment once completed.

We kindly ask our customers not to solicit manufacturing as we do not produce industrial products and each individual item is made specifically for each customer, and shortening the times could damage the quality of the product.

**Most products have free shipping and for this reason we remind our kind customers that the costs are free but are supported by our company and that the shipping companies that collaborate with us, for each additional delivery attempt, will charge us the cost considering them as additional shipments.

Therefore, upon second delivery attempt and failure to receive the goods, we will release the item in storage at no additional cost with collection at the branch closest to the recipient's address.
